Is your office open?

We are available via phone and email during our regular business hours of 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Please contact your Property Manager via email or our general office email inbox at info@optimusps.net or via phone at 360-384-4663. Our office is currently open by appointment only to the general public in order to promote the recommended Social Distancing and for the safety of our staff.


My business/paycheck was interrupted due to COVID-19. What should I do?

Please contact your Property Manager as soon as possible if you believe you will have difficulty paying your rent. Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, the State has issued a moratorium on evictions. We will not pursue evictions at this time. However, you are still responsible for paying your rent, and we encourage all tenants to pay as much as they can, if they are not able to pay in full. If you have documentation regarding being released from work due to COVID-19, please forward it to us to place in your file.


What agency do I contact for rent assistance?

Will your office still help with maintenance requests?

Yes, we will still be available to field maintenance-related requests. For the protection of our staff and associates, we will ask you if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been in close contact with anyone with COVID-19 before we set-up any maintenance that will involve entering your home. We will prioritize maintenance requests that are related to health and safety, including major issues with water (no hot water/water leaks), only toilet out of service, no heat and/or electricity, and no refrigeration.
